With around 350 employees and a production capacity of about 500,000 hours per year, Kampsax India has grown considerably since the foundation in 1994.

Kampsax India moved to a new building in September 2007. Instead of working in three different premises, all employees will now be gathered in one building with a size of 25,000 sq feet.
 

Still present in the Indian high-tech melting pot

Our new premises are still located in the high-tech area of Gurgaon (Haryana) close to Delhi International Airport, which secures us a permanent presence in the Indian high-tech melting pot.

Gathering all employees and optimizing the production flow

In Kampsax India we focus on provision of the best environment for all our employees by paying special attention to optimal working conditions and security.

The new production floors are all well equipped with environmentally friendly devices, fire alarm systems, proper lightings, and video projectors for quality feedback and technical presentations.

Each production unit is accommodated on one single floor with open-space layout. In relation to design principles, special attention has been paid to improving direct communication, facilitating the production process and giving better facilities for technical meetings.
