COWI has acquired the remaining 24% of the shares in Kampsax India from IFU (the Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries), who has been a co-shareholder in the company for the past nine years.
"100% ownership is in line with COWI's policy for COWI Group Companies since it provides for optimal cooperation and further strategic development between - in this case- the Indian digital mapping office and COWI mapping business in Denmark and Europe, as well as other COWI business units", Chairman Henning Therkelsen said.
