Landscape wise Namibia is very different from Europe, but this did not hinder the working of the experienced 2D vector mapping team. 

New specifications and interpretation of typical African features had to be implemented for a total job-size of over 40.000 km2, flown with a COWI-owned aircraft with Vexcel-camera UCX.

The work-setup, proven for its excellence in the Mapping of Great Britain for the OSGB, has shown its adaptability for different jobs. The setup, including as a core-application the Kampsax India Process Management System (KIPM), could be finished in a record time of 2 weeks and helped carrying out the works in due time with the full appreciation of the client.
 
This once again proves that Kampsax India (P) Ltd. is successful in the operational approaches with quick ramp-up times for every scale of projects and capable of any new type of mapping to deliver in high quality of output.
